In a one to one setting we will gain an understanding of the individual and their needs; and will work with them to help them to understand how to help themselves (and others), helping to tackle issues that are often glossed over and preventing problems from escalating. In this confidential and safe space we will offer the opportunity for the individual to explore issues that are more personal and that they may have previously struggled to talk about.
We know from experience that equipping individuals to take ownership of their mental health and wellness has many positive outcomes; including improved performance and results, greater job satisfaction, higher levels of retention, along with being an attractive benefit to attract new talent.
If a member of your team requires more specialist support – for instance grief counselling, support with alcohol or substance misuse, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or relationship counselling; we can offer this via our panel of carefully vetted specialist therapists.
